Start Times:

Planner:

John Slater and Kate Charles

Other Notes:

Starts:
Two located adjacently around 1km walk on a forest road and path from assembly. Take care and be aware of vehicles using the forest road.
Finish:
One located 200m from assembly.
Terrain:
Areas of the forest have seen substantial thinning works over the last 18-24 months. I have tried to use these sympathetically and joined them together with path and track sections. The map has additional information showing runnability of extraction lanes.

If we’ve had recent rain then ‘dobs’ are recommended.

And just to whet your appetite, a couple of photos, the thinned forest and the view from the finish.
