Short: 3.1 km, 150 metres climb, 14 controls
Easy: 2.8 km, 90 metres climb, 9 controls

There will be a “mountain” (5-6) and “sprinters” (19 to finish) leg on the long course.
The long and easy courses have one road crossing that may be manned. Please take care
when crossing.

Buttermere is a popular area and the car park will likely be busy. Please park carefully and if
necessary park in Buttermere village, the nearest alternative. Take care walking back to
assembly. Treat members of the public with respect and courtesy as inevitably there will be
some on the area.
