Choose the course you want to run, and the resident handicapper will give you a start time such that everyone finishes at 12 noon, or that’s the plan…. Please email Matthew (matthew.vokes@hotmail.co.uk) with the course you’d like to run to secure your map and start time!
Brown & blue contain phi loops – run the course shown on your map!
The start is 150m from the cark park.

Planner:

Matthew Vokes

Other Notes:

Please be aware that the Lorton Half Marathon is taking place on Sunday morning and traffic may be slower than usual.

Help please - if you are not planning on running but could help on the day please contact Matthew Vokes - matthew.vokes@hotmail.co.uk

For new members this is the general idea: you choose which course to run, Yellow - Brown. Your start time will then depend on your handicap - usual first off is around 10:30am. Your time is carefully calculated so that everyone finishes at 12 noon. That is the plan...!

Please note:

Full leg cover advised as last years dead bracken is quite spikey in places.
There is one road crossing on all courses – Yellow, Orange & Light Green will cross at a manned crossing, other courses can cross the road anywhere, but please take care. It is not permitted to run along the road.
Walls & fences may only be crossed at marked crossing points
