Low key event with colour coded courses.

Parking on roadside due to current weeks forecast so dont want to damage field so please park sensibly

Intention is not to provide toilets unless numbers dictate otherwise

Area is quite high so please come prepared for all weather and competitors must carry a whistle and highly likely cagoules will be compulsory

The starts are remote and will be unmanned

Give yourself plenty of time and please try and adhere to your start block for social distancing purposes 

Terrain is mosty runnable and higher starts to hopefully reduce climb and there will be more descent than ascent
