Safety:
The area is generally fast, runnable fell, with some wet areas. The fell is 400 m a.s.l. and exposed, so dress appropriately, waterproofs will be mandatory if it is wet or windy.

Courses:
Long course: 4.8 km. Approx 250 m climb.
Short course: 3 km. Approx 170 m climb.
Novice: 1.7 km. Approx. 110 m climb.
Due to the nature of the area and a lack of linear features, the novice course is a bit trickier than usual.
There is a 1 km walk with 100 m ascent to the start (and back down from the finish).
