Access is via the forest road at the Spout Force car park NY181 254. Parking is at NY 204 255 on the road about 300m west of Tarbarrel Moss.

Courses:
Long and Short courses will be a Score event – 45 minutes for the short, 60 minutes for the long. Don’t forget your watch!
You have the choice of complex forest or open fell. If you have ambitions to collect them all (about 6km), be prepared for a lot of climbing!
There is a 700m walk to the start.
The Novice course will be a standard orienteering course, starting from registration
It will be dark early in the forest, so please start as soon as you can. Courses will close at the earlier time of 8.00pm
