Red/Trail - 3.8km, 165m
Short course: Visit 3 controls of each colour. Your first 3 controls must all be the same colour; after that, visit the remaining controls in any order. Approx. 3.7km, 100m
Long course: Visit 4 controls of each colour. Your first 4 controls must all be the same colour; after that, visit the remaining controls in any order. Approx 4.8km, 130m
There are 15 controls in total: 5 red (black features), 5 blue (blue features), and 5 green (green features).
Start and Finish are 100m from registration. Finish for the easy course is at the stone circle.
Important Safety Notes:
- You must come and register before starting your run and you must return to registration to download even if you retire from your course.
- If you travelled to the event alone, you must state this at registration or leave your car keys.
- Please come prepared for bad weather and carry a whistle.
- There are horses walking around the area, please take care around them.

One of the highlights nearby is the Blakeley Moss Stone Circle, also known as the Kinniside Stone Circle.
The small Bronze Age circle:
- Originally dates from around 2000–1500 BC.
- Was dismantled in the 19th century when many stones were removed for use as gateposts.
- Was reconstructed during the 20th century and now consists of a ring of granite stones
