Parking:
Parking and registration are at Bowness Knott Car Park (end of the road from Ennerdale Bridge at NY109153.
Safety:
Please appropriate clothing for the weather and be back at download by course close 8.30 pm

Short (3.7 km)
Novice (1.3 km) courses. The Novice start is very close to the parking.
NOTE: The start for the Long and Short is at the 'Irish' Bridge (NY130142), which is 2.4 km from the parking along the lakeside track.
Cycling is recommended to avoid a long walk/jog in and out - bikes can be left close to the finish at the track junction (NY123145), which is on the way to the start (~800 m away).
