Courses:
Novice - 1.8km
Short and Long, both - 45 min time limit
Short - Simple score: ~2.5km straight line distance to clear - quickest time wins
Long - Linear event with a twist: ~6.5km shortest possible straight line to get all controls but the twist means 2km or more extra are likely to be needed to do that [Note: Distance is shorter if you get less controls so you can tailor your run if you had a good New Years Eve] - most controls visited in sequence wins
