Please park considerately along the minor road and watch out for soft verges and drainage ditches.

All courses have a steep climb to the start.
The start is 750m from registration with 150 m ascent.
But once you're up there, the running is good and the views are splendid!

Courses: 

Long: 4.4km 300m climb
Short: 2.5km 155m
Red/Trail: 4.0km 265m
Spark: 1.7km 160m - Please be aware that this is more climb than usual for a novice course, especially after the steep climb to the start.

Course Notes: There will be cattle present (but not competing!). They are very placid but runners are advised to give them a wide berth. 

Important Safety Notes:
- You must come and register before starting your run and you must return to registration to download even if you retire from your course.
- If you travelled to the event alone, you must state this at registration or leave your car keys.
- Please come prepared for bad weather and carry a whistle.

5.30-7pm

Courses Close: 

8pm. You must be back to download by this time, even if you retire, so we know you are back safe.
