Location:
Fells and valley to the west of Skiddaw.
Terrain:
Terrain is open fell with a mix of runnable grass and areas of heather and bilberry which can be tough going. The long and short courses cross a major stream which can be fast running if wet - care should be taken crossing.

Starts/Finish:
Start and finish for Yellow near registration
Start for Long and Short: Just over 1km from registration with 240m of climb - all on paths
Finish/Download for Long and Short: 1km mainly down hill - all on paths
Safety:
Whistles compulsory, cagoules compulsory if poor weather. You must download even if you retire so we know you are back safe.

No dogs on the courses
