- If you travelled to the event alone, you must state this at registration or leave your car keys.
- Please come prepared for bad weather and carry a whistle.

Terrain:
Farmland, with an old railway and some former mining activity.  Plenty of gorse patches, all of which are avoidable.
Some people will remember The Mire from last time. We aren't using it this year.

Important Course Notes:
- DO NOT climb any fences, except at the marked crossing points.
- Close all gates unless they are fastened open.

Map: 1:5000.  Sprint symbols (ISSprOM 2019).  Updated 2025.
The gorse keeps growing and spreading. All the mapped passages through it are feasible, if difficult to find in the dark.  There are some that are not marked.

Start Times:

5.30-7pm

Courses Close:

8pm. You must be back to download by this time, even if you retire, so we know you are back safe.
