By Car: From Keswick, take the A66 west towards Cockermouth. At Braithwaite village, turn west onto the B5292 for Lorton. Follow Whinlatter Visitor Centre signposts for approximately 3 miles

Courses:
Start:
The start for all courses is 1km from parking with 170m of climb.
Finish:
The finish for all courses is 450m from parking along the route to the start. (At the Gruffalo)
Courses:
Easy: 1.5km with 35m ascent
Red 4.4km with 100m ascent
Short: 2.3km with 70m ascent
Long: 4.7km with 150m ascent
Important Safety Notes:
- You must come and register before starting your run and you must return to registration to download even if you retire from your course.
- If you travelled to the event alone, you must state this at registration or leave your car keys.
- Please come prepared for bad weather and carry a whistle.
