Novice - 1.4km
Short - 2.5km
Long - 4km
Notes:
Juniors may enter all the courses.
The Long course has one manned compulsory road crossing. This is at a pedestrian crossing. You must follow the instructions of the person who is there to help keep you safe.
Full leg cover is highly recommended (due to brambles).
Short and Long courses are almost entirely "off road" (non-urban).
The entire area is open to the public - please be mindful of other users.
