Long course: 5.1km, 30m climb, 27 controls
Short course: 3.3km, 15m climb, 17 controls
Easy course: 1.7km, 10m climb, 12 controls
Course lengths are calculated using the OPTIMAL ROUTE
Easy course can be entered on the night.
Under 16s on the short and long courses MUST be accompanied by an adult.
