Long and short courses cross busy roads so under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Easy course stays entirely within the park and doesn't cross roads.
Long and short courses feature artificial barriers that will be marked on the map with a thick purple line. These are not marked on the ground but there will be marshals out on the course and if a marshal or a fellow competitor sees you crossing a barrier you will be disqualified!
