MASS START for all courses: 5:30pm (see below for details)
Long course: 4km, +100m, 21 controls
Short course: 2.5km, +75m, 15 controls
Easy course: 1.5km, +50m, 10 controls
Distances are calculated using the OPTIMAL route!
You will need shoes with decent grip as all courses cross a muddy gorge and several fields
