Two hours of coaching at beginner (TD1/2, white or yellow), intermediate TD3/4 (Orange or Light green) and technical (TD5 Green) coaching in the woods on Saturday morning.
The British Championships is the following weekend, so we are focusing on those last little tweaks and improvements you can make to gain valuable seconds. We have planned exercises relating to compass work and control flow for the more advanced with orientation and compass work for the beginners and intermediate group. If you are not going to BOC2016, this coaching is just as valid for those all important Thursday night/Sunday morning events.
If you wish to come along please let me know by evening Thursday 21st April.
Please come dressed appropriately for the weather including waterproof and long leg cover, hats and gloves may be needed. A drink is a good idea.
If you have a compass, please bring it with you, if not, there are spare baseplate and thumb compasses with the coaching team which can be borrowed.
