Hot off the press is the England team for the Junior Home Internationals (JHIs) taking place in the North East in October - we have 5 Juniors involved - Caitlin, Rosie, Niamh, Alastair and Daniel. Brilliant news - well done everyone!

More good news is that Niamh and Daniel have been selected to join GB Talent Squad and will be joining Alastair for the monthly training sessions. Congratulations!

Finally, well done to these Juniors selected to run at the Junior Inter Regional Champs (JIRCs) weekend in September from WCOC. They include, Caitlin Irving, Rosie Spencer, Niamh Hunter, Joe Sunley, Ben Breeze, Daniel Spencer and Alastair Thomas, not forgetting the non-travelling reserves Carys Thomas, Katie Lowles, Henry Teasdale and Joe Goodwin. It takes place this year in Scotland with the North West Junior Squad competing against the other Squads in the country. Good luck!
