Hello all, the road to the parking for the event at Blakeley could be icy, please take care on the approach from Ennerdale or Calder Bridge , and be aware of the conditions. Sellafield traffic going North may run later than the norm due to delays getting onto site this morning. Take due notice of any road closures, although this is not expected at this time.

The NWOA are re-launching their Colour Badge Scheme, which recognises the progression of orienteers through colour coded events from WHITE to LIGHT GREEN. This is a scheme of awarding Colour Badges at Orienteering Events for newcomers of all ages. To qualify for your Colour Badge you must achieve colour standard in the same colour course at three different events.

Many thanks to Catherine for organising another fun social at Embleton Villlge Hall last night, and to Matthew for planning a great Club Chase at Rannerdale today.

Chase Results. Chase Finish Order. Routegadget

Thank you to everyone who provided and bought refreshments at the Club Chase - together we raised £175 for the Marie Curie Cancer Charity.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to an Emergency Road Closure all traffic will have to approach Noble Knott from the Braithwaite side of Whinlatter.
