Please park carefully by the road side, take care of speeding traffic and do not block the Novice course start which is close by.

Two Starts: Novice adjacent to registration; Short, Long and Red 500m walk available from 5.30pm

One Finish: 250m to Registration

Courses: 

Novice: 1km, 35m climb
Red: 3.7km, 100m climb
Short and Long: 60 min score course – Snooker-O is back by popular demand!

Scores and colours are in control descriptions.
- Start with a red, then any colour.
- Then another red and colour.
- Reds can only be visited once.
- Colours can be visited as often as you like.
- You can choose at any time to stop doing reds and clear the colours in sequence:
Yellow Green Brown Blue Pink Black;  theoretically you can do Yellow as your last post-Red colour before clearing them in sequence but it will only count if it appears as two ‘punches’ on the SI card download (and who knows how long you need to wait!?)

Bonus points:
Short course: all colours in sequence +10 points
Long Course: all colours in sequence - with 5 or more Reds +10pts, - with all 10 Reds +20pts

Short and Long Course Penalties:
- 60 -65 minutes: 1 point per min
- 65 -70 minutes: 2 points per min
- 70 - 75 minutes: 3 points per min
-  >75 minutes: lose all points

Important Safety Notes:
- You must come and register before starting your run and you must return to registration to download even if you retire from your course.
- If you travelled to the event alone, you must state this at registration or leave your car keys.
- Please come prepared for bad weather and carry a whistle.

Start Times: 

5.30pm - 6.45pm

Courses Close: 

8pm. You must be back to download by this time, even if you retire, so we know you are back safe.
