WCOC Membership Teams
We organise three ‘helper’ teams – White, Red and Blue – who are allocated to look after our larger events including Galoppens. All new members will be allocated to a team. These give the club the opportunity to share out the jobs so that everyone has the chance of making a contribution.
The Meets Secretary and other members of the committee are responsible for finding the main event officials, planner, controller and organiser. The organiser will recruit volunteers from the relevant helper team.
